3. AI and infrastructure providers
Media and prompts may be securely transmitted to contracted AI, hosting, storage, authentication, analytics and payment providers needed to complete your request. Their processing is limited by their agreements and applicable law.

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the service, security, accounting and legal obligations. You may request deletion of projects and account data through support, subject to required transaction and legal records.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. If a legally reportable incident occurs, we will respond and provide notice as required by applicable law.

7. Children
Zuzvi is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
