1. Agreement and eligibility
By using Zuzvi, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms for you.
2. Your uploads and instructions
You keep ownership of content you upload. You give Zuzvi a limited license to process, store and transmit it only as needed to provide the service, keep it secure and meet legal obligations. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required for every person, image, voice, product and work you submit.
3. AI-generated results
AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to content created for others. Review every result before publishing it. Zuzvi does not guarantee that an output is unique, error-free, suitable for a specific purpose or free of third-party claims.
4. Prohibited use
Do not use Zuzvi for fraud, impersonation, harassment, non-consensual intimate content, sexual content involving minors, deceptive political content, unlawful surveillance, infringement, malware or other illegal activity. See our Safety Guidelines.
5. Credits, subscriptions and refunds
Video credit costs are displayed before generation. Subscription credits renew according to the plan shown at checkout and may expire at the end of a billing period. Purchased one-time credits follow the expiration terms shown at purchase. Confirmed technical failures may be credited back. Pricing, cancellation and any refund eligibility will be shown during checkout.
6. Availability and changes
Generative services can experience delays, provider outages and model changes. We may modify or discontinue features, models or limits to protect users, maintain quality or keep the service economically sustainable.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Zuzvi does not promise uninterrupted operation or a particular creative outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid Zuzvi during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
